A Cisco IP phone or Cisco VoIP phone on which you want to run this tool.
You will need to create a new Application User account on the phone.
A directory on the phone to store data for the AppUser.
You will need to configure this directory to be private on the phone and the AppUser.
You will need to download and install this tool on the phone.
